So you have found yourself in this rather quirky store called The Order of Initiative, well just who is this and why should you be spending your hard earned cash in here.

Well the business has been around for 5 or 6 years and is run pretty much by myself (Paul) with some help from the rest of the family. We are based in West Norfolk but are exclusively online with no regular shop front.

Being small means we aim to be friendly, helpful and always put you customers first. I have nobody else to blame when things go wrong so customer complaints are always resolved quickly.

All I want is happy customers so please always get in touch with any problems, queries and maybe even praise when its earned. I always welcome your opinions and take criticism on the chin, that’s how we learn and improve.

Well what do we sell?

A rather odd mix of things that have interested me personally, that makes the mix a little strange to some people but then like most of my customers I am not really part of the crowd.
